How we are different

Our instrument
We capture with the Matterport Pro 3, which records both a photo-real 3D twin and a measured point cloud in a single visit. From that one capture we produce hosted walkthroughs, photorealistic renders, measured as-builts, and CAD or BIM at the level of detail your project needs. The founder
Sydney Scan Co comes from the team behind AKA Acoustics, a Sydney acoustic and built-environment design consultancy. Their work, on demanding built-environment projects including for Disney, Dolby, EY and National Parks & Wildlife, turns on precise measurement, coordination and documentation built to spec. Reality capture rewards exactly that discipline: measure once, check it, build from it. We run every scan and every model ourselves, which means direct attention and a single point of accountability from site to delivery.
