What do I get from one scan?+
Off a single visit: a hosted 3D walkthrough to show, photorealistic renders, the measured point cloud, and measured CAD or a coordinated BIM model in the formats your team already uses. Hosted and ready to share.
How accurate is the data?+
We capture to roughly ±20mm at 10m (Matterport Pro 3 manufacturer spec), which is well inside what as-builts, space planning, fit-out, refurbishment and design coordination need. We confirm the tolerance for your specific project in writing before you book. Full detail on our accuracy page.
Can you deliver CAD or a BIM model?+
Yes, and we model it in-house in Australia. Your scan becomes measured CAD or a coordinated BIM model in Revit, Vectorworks or AutoCAD, at the level of detail your project needs.
Can you produce photorealistic renders?+
Yes. From the same capture we produce photorealistic renders of the space, ready for listings, displays and design presentation, without a separate photo shoot.
How much does it cost?+

Can you scan an existing or heritage building?+
Yes. The scan is non-contact and works indoors and out, which makes it well suited to occupied, existing and heritage buildings where you want the conditions captured before you touch anything.
